Spending time outside in
a garden must be relaxing, especially when we're braaiing and
entertaining. Only with careful design are you going to be
really comfortable. In our African inspired gardens we evoke
memories of the Bush, with our trademark open Boma-style braai
areas. In our new seaside gardens we play on strong
Mediterranean themes to create spaces perfect for Cape
Town. |
An open braai under dappled shade. Beautifully
shaped and sinuous seating with
subtle lighting for great nightime encounters with
friends. The traditional barbecue pit has become
very stylish indeed. Click on the image for

A few metres from
the ocean and built high on the slopes of Gordon's Bay, this
fully-equipped lapa, with timber boardwalks through eye-level
plantings, provides our (British) client with the ultimate in
African outdoor experiences. Click on

At this guest
lodge we have transformed hectares of rough grass
into useable space for visitors. Two braai areas, big enough
for family get-togethers, are situated besides the new
lake and stream, volleyball pitch and swimming pools. Click on the image for
